Born when the countryside wakes up — hop rows climbing, barley tillering across the Testa di Lepre plain. A beer as clear as dawn on the Via Aurelia: malty, fresh, made to drink in the shade of the barn with friends.

APA Dorata

Hopped Ale

Summer brings the Cascade hop cones to full ripeness. We waited for them, then brewed this: citrusy, resinous, golden as the Testa di Lepre field in August. The bitterness you taste is our hops — grown a hundred steps from the fermenter.

StyleHopped Ale
ABV5,5% Vol.
BitternessPowerful
IngredientsWater, barley malt, Cascade hops, yeast
Tasting NotesBrilliant golden colour. Citrus and lightly resinous on the nose — the hallmark of Cascade hops grown right here. A full body that supports and balances a decisive bitterness, with a long, aromatic finish.

Bock Rossa

Lager

September in Lazio: clusters on neighbouring vines are being harvested, the air smells of toasted malt and damp earth after the first rains. The Bock Rossa is born in this moment — amber, enveloping, made for evenings when you slow down and go deeper in conversation.

Schwarzbier

Dark Lager

When the days shorten and the countryside quiets, we want something deeper. The Schwarzbier is as black as freshly ploughed earth in November — toasted at first, then velvety like the silence of the fields after sunset. Dark outside, surprisingly soft inside.

StyleDark Lager

BitternessMedium
IngredientsWater, barley malt, wheat, oats, hops, yeast
Tasting NotesIntense black, bottom-fermented. Toasted caramel and hints of coffee on the nose; wheat and oats lend extreme roundness and a velvety body that surprises with its drinkability.

IGA Rossa

Italian Grape Ale

From the vineyard of Castello di Torreimpietra — a few kilometres from us along the Lazio coast — comes the red grape must that transforms this beer into something that exists nowhere else in Lazio. Two agricultural traditions from the same territory meeting in a single 75 cl bottle.

StyleItalian Grape Ale
ABV10,5% Vol.

Double IPA

When a single IPA isn't enough. We doubled the hopping and waited longer — the result is a beer that tastes of citrus, resin, and a field in the height of summer. Intense, bitter, without half measures. Only for those who want to feel the hops at full power.
