Our Organic
Craft Beers
From the Cascade hops grown in our fields to collaborations with producers across the Lazio countryside. Each beer tells a different corner of this territory.
N°51CCPB BIO
Pils Chiara
Italian Lager
Born when the countryside wakes up — hop rows climbing, barley tillering across the Testa di Lepre plain. A beer as clear as dawn on the Via Aurelia: malty, fresh, made to drink in the shade of the barn with friends.

N°50CCPB BIO
APA Dorata
Hopped Ale
Summer brings the Cascade hop cones to full ripeness. We waited for them, then brewed this: citrusy, resinous, golden as the Testa di Lepre field in August. The bitterness you taste is our hops — grown a hundred steps from the fermenter.

N°14CCPB BIO
Bock Rossa
Lager
September in Lazio: clusters on neighbouring vines are being harvested, the air smells of toasted malt and damp earth after the first rains. The Bock Rossa is born in this moment — amber, enveloping, made for evenings when you slow down and go deeper in conversation.

N°11CCPB BIO
Schwarzbier
Dark Lager
When the days shorten and the countryside quiets, we want something deeper. The Schwarzbier is as black as freshly ploughed earth in November — toasted at first, then velvety like the silence of the fields after sunset. Dark outside, surprisingly soft inside.

N°69
Tripel
Tripel
The Tripel is born for celebration — when the season's work is done and you open something special. Wild spices from the Lazio scrubland, ripe fruit, a warming alcohol that heats from within. It's the beer you uncork when there's something to celebrate.

N°164
IGA Rossa
Italian Grape Ale
From the vineyard of Castello di Torreimpietra — a few kilometres from us along the Lazio coast — comes the red grape must that transforms this beer into something that exists nowhere else in Lazio. Two agricultural traditions from the same territory meeting in a single 75 cl bottle.

Seasonal
Blanche Nemorensis
Blanche with wild strawberries
Wild strawberries from Nemi — small, red, almost feral. We waited all spring, then added them in fermentation. Blanche Nemorensis is white with wheat and pink with strawberry, light as May over the Castelli Romani.

Limited
Dual IPA
Double IPA
When a single IPA isn't enough. We doubled the hopping and waited longer — the result is a beer that tastes of citrus, resin, and a field in the height of summer. Intense, bitter, without half measures. Only for those who want to feel the hops at full power.

N°83
DDP Summer Farmhouse
Farmhouse · Hybrid Gose
July at the Podere — the sun beats down on the Via Aurelia and we wanted a beer that truly quenched. Tuscia spelt for body, lime for acidity, Sichuan pepper and pink salt. Sour, fresh, light as a breeze rising from the Testa di Lepre sea.

Special
Braggot
Honey Beer · Hybrid
Eucalyptus honey from the Lazio coastal countryside meets Podere barley malt. Braggot is an ancient hybrid — halfway between beer and mead — reminding us that bees and barley have always lived on the same field, just a few steps from one another.

Special
Maccarota
Carrot Beer
The ancient Maccarese carrot — sweet, earthy, with a wild flavour that modern varieties have lost. We added it in fermentation: you don't notice it straight away, but it's there — like everything that comes from the soil of this Lazio plain.
