THE BREWERY

Agricultural Brewery Rome
— Podere 676, Fiumicino

The old hayloft of grandfather Pietro today houses a professional 120 m² facility. We didn't build it to look modern — we built it to brew serious beer with the ingredients we grow right next door.

The hayloft converted into a brewery at Podere 676

THE STORY

Three generations,
one estate.

1953

Pietro's estate

Grandfather Pietro receives the land from Ente Maremma as a war veteran. A reward that becomes the foundation of everything.

1953–2020

The land works

For almost 70 years the land is farmed and tended. The old hayloft waits to find its new purpose.

2020

The brewery is born

Omar, Andrea and Marco transform the hayloft. On 11 May 2020, Podere 676 bottles its first beer.

THE FIELDS

700 plants.
All Cascade.

The Cascade hops we use in our beers grow a few steps from the brewery. We sit between the Tyrrhenian Sea and Lake Bracciano — a unique microclimate you can taste in the glass.

Enobeer

Compact 300

A 300-litre brewhouse. Compact but capable: it lets us experiment with new recipes without losing sight of quality.

🧪

Fermenters

8 hl Fermenters

800-litre fermentation vessels. Temperature control does the rest: every batch matures at the right pace, without rushing.

🍶

Isobaric Bottler

Bottling Line

Our secret weapon. Isobaric low-oxygen filling: every bottle preserves the organoleptic structure of the beer intact.

TOTAL TRACEABILITY

Every bottle and every keg that leaves Podere 676 is traceable back to the ingredient of origin. We don't say this for marketing: we do it because it's the only way to truly understand what we're producing.

WHERE WE ARE

Testa di Lepre,
Rome.

We sit between the Tyrrhenian Sea and Lake Bracciano, in the Roman countryside. A place Romans rarely know and love deeply when they discover it.
